SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Japan With Kids! We deliver essential boxes directly to your hotel in Japan, so everything is ready when you arrive.
DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver to hotels and accommodations within Japan only. Please provide your hotel name, reservation name, and check-in date when placing the order.
ORDER LEAD TIME
Please place your order at least 5 business days before your check-in date to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed with less than 5 business days' notice may not be guaranteed.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via Yamato Transport (ヤマト運輸), Japan's most reliable delivery service.
SHIPPING RATES
- Flat Rate Shipping: ¥1,200 JPY. Enjoy our flat-rate shipping—no matter how many boxes or items you add to your cart, the delivery fee remains exactly the same.
DELIVERY TIMING
We arrange delivery to arrive on your check-in date. Your box will be held at the hotel front desk for your arrival. Please confirm with your hotel that they accept packages on behalf of guests.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the Yamato Transport website.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived by check-in or if there are any issues, please contact us immediately at <japanwithkids.official@gmail.com> and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We are not responsible for hotels that refuse to accept packages on behalf of guests. Please confirm with your hotel before ordering.
- Delivery dates may be affected by natural disasters, severe weather, or carrier delays.
- Address changes must be requested at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
