By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. JAPAN WITH KIDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until JAPAN WITH KIDS confirms acceptance. Before your order can be accepted, we must receive and process payment. JAPAN WITH KIDS may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, so please review your order carefully before submitting it. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in the order confirmation email. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

JAPAN WITH KIDS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Service. However, sales and purchases through the store are conducted directly by JAPAN WITH KIDS. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and JAPAN WITH KIDS, including injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with JAPAN WITH KIDS.
